Cabin Fever

I have been ill. Pretty nastily, wrote me off work all last week. Here is the culprit. Campylobacter. I felt quite a bit better by Friday, having eaten Thursday for the first time that week, so decided to travel down to Brighton for my psychotherapy course yesterday, which was great, but it has wiped me out properly, and now I feel ill again. Too much too soon I guess. Boo!
